has anyone grown button mushrooms before? Want to start saw some grow kits online but do they really work?

I haven't triend them but saw you can keep adding "Food", a lot of people use dry corn and some of the mycelium (the white root part) and the mushroom will keep growing in the corn. You also have to keep them damp. You can do this over and over.
