Oooo @nova i came up with some great ideas just now but i love the opening to many movies but i'd go with matilda for my number one and njmber 2 Date movie lol 😂

I have 3 favorites: 3) the opening to "Jesus Christ Superstar" (1973); 2) the opening to "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers;" and 1) "Jaws." I have a quick story about the "Jaws" opening in honor of my dad - when my older sister was 10, Dad pulled her into the living room just as a movie was starting and he told her "You need to watch this, it's educational." Of course, the movie was "Jaws." tee hee. 🤪

hands down — the opening of The Lion King with 'Circle of Life'! Pure cinematic magic that gives me chills every single time

cool! personally, the opening bank heist from 'The Dark Knight' is peak for me.
