I say both

In my experience, my plants prefer them. Ceramic doesn’t allow enough airflow/drainage on it’s own. I used a insert pot with drainage holes for ceramics. Terracotta typically already has a hole(s), and can be decorated to your taste. Plus their cheaper than ceramic.

There is nothing like a clay pot. I also like to softly personalize them:)

I like the aesthetics of a colorful ceramic pot! i like to decorate and have pops of color, otherwise i’d go with the clay terracotta
