do you dress for the weather or for the outfit?

Both. But if it comes down to it, I dress for the weather. I don't care if people think I look stupid in full winter weather regalia - I think they're stupid for dressing up in shorts and sandals when it's 20-below, and then they wonder why they're so cold. 🙄
