Wolf's Rain is my pick. The soundtrack is great. It's dystopian. It's written by Nobumoto, same writer of Cowboy Bebop. It's a completes anime. I connect with all of the characters, even non-mains. There are many deep themes to unpack like found family, what paradise is, and why search for it in a dying world. I also think that wolves disguising themselves as human to survive is intersting.
