What piece of clothing would you never wear in public?

I have a very hard time wearing sweatpants in public. It just feels too much like lounge wear or pajamas, and I feel very self-aware. It kinda depends on how the sweatpants are styled tho

Anything that leaves me feeling exposed, self-conscious, or constantly adjusting myself all day!  Clothes should free you, not shrink you. If I can’t move freely, breathe easily, or be fully myself in it  it stays right in the closet. My peace matters more than any trend!
