is it worth it to go out and buy a palette or product i wont use again? these girls or gorgeous but i do not have any red or black eyeshadow or liner

@crystal I meant a wet brush (makeup brush) to apply red eyeshadow if you already have that.

maybe get a red multistick? or just red eyeliner. i think it would be worth it. not all these looks require a palette and you can probably find an eyeliner or multistick for 10 dollars or less from a drug store or walmart.
