It usually includes nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and I think allspice. It’s similar in taste to gingerbread to me but more cinnamon/nutmeg, less ginger, so it’s sweeter and doesn’t have the sharp bite like gingerbread. My favorite is the boxed kind 😂 I can eat a whole pan no icing. Just gimme some milk 🥛
