Okay, I managed to cook rice. I just moved out of my parents' house two months ago and I'm learning to cook on my own because I wasn't allowed to cook before... And I'm glad I managed to cook rice. Now I know how to cook a little more. I still need to learn what to cook... Do you have any tips for beginners?

This might sound dumb but definetely start with the easier recipes first. It's also helpful to buy a bunch of seasoning and sauces you used at home so you don't limit yourself now. What type of cuisines do you like the most?

To be honest, what I love most is baking. But I can already cook pasta, rice, pancakes, eggs, and fry meat. But I think I lack variety. I think I might buy some seasonings...
