Would you be rather give up social media or movies/tv?

Definitely could do without it.

I didn't get a chance to watch TV as a child, so I'm trying to catch up on my favorite shows and movies while I can! 💜💯

Icl it’s largely because I have the attention span of a goldfish……

I didn't get social media until I was almost 19, so I totally could go back to living without it even tho I am blessed to have the connections I do because of it!😊

I’d give up movies and TV! Social media connects me to real people, beautiful ideas, and communities I love  including right here! It’s where I share my world, learn from others, and feel part of something real. Stories on screen are wonderful, but the connections, friendships, and inspiration I find online? Those feel alive, immediate, and truly mine. Real moments scripted ones, always!

They're both often not real, but one of them really knows it isn't and one doesn't yk? Eh... Sort of. To be more specific, social media has a rlly strong negative side. I wouldn't mind being able to watch vids of people speaking about their lives without a billion comments attached. But in the end, my favourite thing is disappearing into fiction, doom scrolling... Not so much. I feel better watching smth long form that immerses me fully =]
