Okay but the whole Anthropic $1.5 BILLION copyright settlement is actually wild 😭 Some authors are reportedly finding out that their payout notices list publishers as getting 100% of the money, even though authors were supposed to get a share. Now people are scrambling to figure out who’s actually entitled to what. Publishing + AI drama is getting messier by the day 🙃
