If you could have your dream house, put the house anywhere, and design all the furniture, what would it look like?

A three story gothic victorian home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Downstairs would be the kitchen and living room. Second story would be all four bedrooms, as well as a bathroom in each bedroom. The third story would be a loft/reading nook.
