Both! I miss living in Japan; I miss my friends and way of life there. So if I could go back, I would! I also really enjoyed Italy and would love to go back. I also want to go to the UK, France, Germany, Egypt, Turkiye, Greece, etc.

  so true my itinerary is always based around sightseeing but my favorite parts are what i learn/see/eat inbetween all the attractions!
