​What street food dish from around the world offers the best combination of texture, warmth, and flavor profile?

Love it!

Don’t know if it lives up to the question but it’s hard for me to think of anything other than hotteok when it comes to street food 🤩 so chewy on the outside and crunchy and nutty on the inside, also many a time I’ve nearly burned my mouth from being too impatient 😭
