Growing up, our go-to special occasion meal was always fresh ceviche made with shrimp, crab, and avocado and other thing , served up with crispy tostadas, mayo, and Mexican cheese! 🍤🥑🍋

Crab cakes! I grew up in Virginia where we would go crabbing. It was so cool seeing all the different crabs and critters we’d pull up. Once we caught enough blue and red crab we would take them home, cook them, and make fresh crab cakes.

A big, cozy Noche Buena feast! Hamon, queso de bola, fruit salad, and all our favorite dishes gathered around one table. It wasn't just the food it was everyone together that made it truly magical.
