Why do we love heroes — do we want to be saved, or do we want to be brave too?

Love it!

I think it is because they are people to aspire to. They care for others, putting other's life before their own, in a possible beautiful act of self-sacrifice, and sometimes they carry much humility despite the fact that they might be stronger or smarter than the average civillian.😊
