well the ebst tips is use different pencil for the hair and body and for the reference just use you or some anime characters

You can always use yourself as a reference!

Take/have lots of pictures of different angles of different body types and hair textures. Practice and observe how skin moves and rolls, how bones move under the skin, scars, moles, pores, body hair. Appreciate it all, work with it all. It gets better from there.
